Hi, I'm Vanita.
I'm a professionally trained birth doula and a mother of three, based in the UAE. I support families through every kind of hospital birth — vaginal, cesarean, planned, unplanned, medicated or unmedicated — including water birth where your hospital allows it.
My own path to motherhood asked a lot of me. It's also the reason I can sit with you, in whatever version of birth is unfolding, without judgment and without an agenda for how your story should look.

A calm, prepared cesarean taught me that a beautiful birth isn't defined by how a baby arrives — it's defined by how safe and heard the parent feels.
