VBAC-focused class
Built for mothers preparing for a VBAC or VBA2C, including debriefing a previous birth.
Refresher session
A shorter session for second- or third-time parents who want comfort measures and updated options.
In-person classes are held in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. Live online sessions are available for families anywhere in the world. Most families book between 20 and 32 weeks; later bookings are welcome when I have availability.
