Who we are
Positivebirthh is the childbirth education and birth doula practice of Vanita, based in Dubai, UAE. For any privacy question or request, email positivebirthh@arka.plus or WhatsApp +971 56 118 0800.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form: your name, email, due date (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. Used to reply to your enquiry.
- Free resource downloads: your name, email, contact number and the guide you requested. Used to send you the resource and to follow up.
- Reviews: your name, email, birth context, rating, review and whether you are happy for it to be published. Used to review and, with your permission, publish your review (name and review only).
- Birth plan builder: your name, email, contact number, due date, birth type and hospital/doctor (optional) are sent to Vanita so she can follow up. Your birth preferences and questions are used only to write your plan — see below.
How your details are sent
The website runs over a secure HTTPS connection. When you submit a form, the details are sent by email to Positivebirthh's inbox through our email delivery service. The email service keeps a basic delivery record (such as recipient, time and delivery status) to make sure messages arrive. Form contents are not saved in a website database.
Birth plan builder and AI
To write your plan, your due date, birth type, hospital (if given), first name, birth preferences and questions are sent securely to an AI service through our platform provider. The request is made with storage turned off, the plan is shown only in your browser, and it is not cached. Your preferences and questions are not emailed to Vanita and are not saved in a website database. Short technical error messages may be logged if something goes wrong, but we do not deliberately log your preferences or questions.
Please do not enter medical records, test results, Emirates ID or passport details, or other highly sensitive information.
Analytics and cookies
Our hosting provider records basic, aggregated visit statistics (such as pages viewed, referring website and device type). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels on this website.
Service providers
- Website hosting, email delivery and AI processing: Lovable and its infrastructure providers.
- Email inbox where enquiries are received and read by Vanita.
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, if you choose to contact us there (their own policies apply).
These providers may process data on servers outside the UAE. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Marketing
We do not run a newsletter. We use your details only to respond to you and to follow up about the resource or service you asked about. Tell us any time if you would prefer not to be contacted.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to support you and manage our records, and are then deleted. Email delivery records are kept by our email provider for a limited period.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you have sent us by emailing positivebirthh@arka.plus. We will respond as soon as we can.
